Silver for Best Mixed-Use Development

As one of our flagship developments, Marleigh, created in partnership with Marshall, was celebrated for its thoughtful design and innovation. Featuring a diverse range of homes, from stylish one- and two-bedroom apartments to spacious five-bedroom houses, Marleigh will deliver 1,300 homes upon completion, alongside community-focused facilities that foster a sense of belonging.
